Join us for Pilates! We will meet in the aerobics room on the 3rd floor of the FLX gym. This class is meant to help you enhance flexibility and mobility, strengthen and tone your muscles (especially your core), and improve your posture. Please note, that in this class we do not have machines for Pilates, but will be a lot of mat work. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, this class is for YOU!
